In the 60s, the Government encourages Islanders to leave the French West Indies to escape poverty that results from the closure of sugar mills. Lured by the idea of a "dream country", they find life in Europe is not what they had imagined.

Les Tuche, a modest french family, change his life after winning a super lottery. Thanks to the money of his parents, the son, Donald (aka "coin-coin) goes to Los Angeles to improve his english. On the L.A. University, he meets Jennifer, daughter of a famous American financier.

A 45-minute absurdist musical special built around the works of Dutch writer Gerard Reve and presented by the man himself. Featuring poems, songs, sketches, alcohol, tango and a rather special donkey.

Maria is a cleaning lady, who is reserved, shy and clumsy. When she is assigned to the School of Fine Arts, she meets Hubert, the school's whimsical guardian. There she discovers a fascinating place where freedom, creativity and daring reign.
